The job will include the following responsibilities :
- Structure, grow and lead content development team including research assistants, video producers, scriptwriters etc. for management programs
- Work closely with the industry and academia to understand requirement and develop world class learning experience for management programs
- Interact with senior faculty, freelancers and global academic industry leaders
- Collaborate with business development team to meet content production deliverable
