Role : Lead Developer - Content Development

- Has 3+ years of relevant experience and is a hard-working individual,

- Has passion towards education and effective content communication through visuals.

- Has strong subject expertise in at least one of these - Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology and could apply theoretical knowledge to the practical applications through simulations, experiments, and varied audio visual elements.

- Has exquisite communication skills - verbal and written, you are able to communicate clearly and efficiently in multiple formats, including email, written documents, digital presentations and verbal conversations. Being multilingual is a plus.

- Shows adaptability and ability to multitask, manages the team at vertical level while meeting deadlines and training other team members in different processes,

- Has the ability to embrace chaos, uncertainty and volatility and work with a diverse set of stakeholders, in an agile and dynamic environment that promotes innovation,

- Makes learning easy for students from different backgrounds and of different cognitive abilities and yourself should be open to learning new concepts and tools.

- Identifies loopholes in the existing processes and brainstorm and design creative ways to improvise them, and conceptualizes and lay down the outline for the new processes and optimize resource allocation, Is proficient in G-suite applications.

- Is someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, including a penchant for experimentation and a bias toward action.

- Has successfully managed complex projects from inception to completion. You understand how to define scope, set clear goals and ensure they are met within timelines while ensuring high quality outcomes.

- Is a creative communicator and a meticulous editor, who can ideate and implement effective teaching methodologies with great attention to details then we're looking for you! The position is a key part of the product team comprising writers, editors, animators, artists, designers, engineers and more. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :

- Building and mentoring a team of content associates and senior associates, which involves following up and giving feedback to ensure tasks are of expected quality and on time,

- Making videos, films, games, simulations, adaptive-learning-journeys driven by cutting-edge pedagogy,

- Brainstorming and researching to generate new product ideas, driving collaboration with designers and engineers to get products ready to ship,

- Researching and identifying learning strategies for students of all backgrounds and cognitive abilities.

- Designing questions, adaptive assessments and personalized lesson plans,

- Writing, reviewing and visualising intuitive and engaging scripts and storyboards for videos, books, and games.

- Managing a vertical/project/sub-department.

- Interacting with the tech and product teams to suggest product features, try different teaching strategies, request specific data points as feedback, and make sure the product aligns with our vision for education.

- Integrating all of the above creations into deployable formats.
