Lead - Commercial Sales - Real Estate (5-12 yrs)
- Meeting up with clients and doing product presentations in order to generate foot- falls for commercial projects
- Dealing with HNI customers negotiating with clients and closing deals
- Involved in interaction with existing and prospective clients for new bookings and sales of projects
- Identify new opportunities, develop new clients and maintain their database.
- Attend to all sales, leasing inquiries from prospective clients relating to information about the project, availability status, and future development.
- Activating different channel sources such as channel partners (Real estate brokers and IPC- s)
- Mentoring the new joiners by creating an induction plan that involves understanding the industry as whole, the product and more importantly the customer
