Lead - Client Success/Marketing (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Ideation:
- Develop integrated marketing strategy including Social media, SEO, ABM, email marketing, influencer marketing campaigns, aligned with client objective
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform decision-making.
- Brainstorm creative ideas and solutions to address client needs.
- Ensure that all ideation supports the client's goals and brand identity.
Project/Account Management:
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, from initiation through to completion.
- Create project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery.
- Review and approve presentations, reports, and creative assets for quality and accuracy.
- Provide feedback and guidance to enhance team performance and deliverables.
- Implement best practices and standards to maintain consistent project quality.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagement.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with external stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing their needs and expectations effectively.
- Align services with clients' business objectives and regularly communicate updates and feedback.
- Ensure client satisfaction, revenue growth, and client retention.
