Lead - Client Relationship - IT (3-5 yrs)
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
- Planning the sales strategy for the IT - Security, Cloud and Managed Services Sales
- Optimization of sales and sales processes
- Managing and nurturing customer relationships
- Tracking and managing IT sales team metrics and CRM software use
- Collaborating with Marketing and Technical teams to develop, maintain, share, and promote Sales
- Driving and leading email, and calling campaigns to generate revenue to meet sales target
- Negotiation of terms and contracts with customers
- Train and develop sales associates
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
A business development Lead as 3 primary responsibilities
1. Identifying and collecting new sales leads, guiding team to perform standard practice for prospecting
2. Pitching products and/or services
3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
4. Learning and adapting new technology solutions
Day-to-day duties include :
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, scheduling meetings and timely follow ups
Other typical duties include :
- Helping and leading team to negotiate & renegotiating by phone, email, and remote meetings
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met, present data
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
- Participate in training specific to products and solutions
- Run specific email and call campaigns
Highly preferred :
- Should have knowledge of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and IT Managed Services
- Experience of MSP market - US, and latest business trends in IT
- Business vertical knowledge of Healthcare, Legal, Finance and private businesses
- Should have experience selling standalone or bundled IT services
- Preferred - Technology sales certification, Security fundamentals
Looking for someone with around 3-5 years of professional experience in IT sales management. Need to be energetic and should
be able to display creativity & curiosity when it comes to interacting with the clients.
