Lead - City Sales - Wedding Business (8-12 yrs)
Designation : City Sales Lead
Job location : Hyderabad
Experience : 8 yrs to 12 yrs in sales from Wedding, Paint and furniture industry only.
Education : Graduate
Candidates' age : Not more than 40 years as on date.
Notice Period: 20 Days
Job Scope :
1. Own the P&L for the city
2. Manage a large wedding planning team and be responsible for their productivity and output
3. Own the sales results for respective teams.
4. Run a high performance team that meets monthly sales targets at all costs
5. Give the central teams deep insights on the city in terms of catalogue, pricing, customer behaviour, lead quality
6. Give constant feedback on wat we can do to improve sales
REQUIREMENTS :
1. You need to be a rock star with proven sales track record
2. Leadership quality of leading teams
3. Comfortable in handling large teams
4. Review all teams' performance periodically as required.
5. Strong work ethic and communication skills
6. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges.
7. Multilingual is a bonus
8. Minimum 4 years of managerial experience.
