Job Description:
- We have been working in the domain of Experiential Learning for last few years and have achieved some reasonable success. We are looking for an awesome entrepreneurial Channel Manager to come and help me build into a India wide brand.
- We wanted to write a job profile, however, could not get my head around it. Actually theres so much to be achieved here that writing few bullet points would not do justice. We want someone to come and take ownership of complete Channel function for us. Right from identifying talented Entrepreneurial folks to become our channel partners, upselling to various Activity Centres, hand holding the channel partners, creating the model for various partners - we have so much to do :).
Our team has been dominated by Engineers, therefore, we have always been focusing on developing a strong product and ecosystem - now thats done, we need an evangelist kind of missionary who can spread our message of innovation and creativity across the country. And all of the above will not be possible if you shy away from rolling up your sleeves and catching the next train to the interiors of Tamil Nadu or the suburbia of Kormangala or the dusty lands of Haryana and finding the right partner for us. Additionally you will have to build your own team to deliver on every promise that we make. We, are deeply in love with what we do and are super passionate - so if the quantum of work does not bog you down, come and join the team and lets do some- Avishkaar- :)
