Lead - Catalogue & Seller Management - eCommerce (1-3 yrs)

As a Catalogue Lead you will work along with the category management team in delivering high quality customer and seller experience. Working in a dynamic environment, your responsibilities will include helping high-potential sellers integrate onto the Company platform. In addition you will also be responsible for maintaining and improving catalog quality on the platform, in the process working with internal technology and business teams as well as sellers as needed. Candidates who delight in optimizing scarce resources and can strategically outline effective solutions rapidly should apply.
Responsibilities :
- Managing cataloging requirements for new and existing sellers which are benchmarked versus the competition in terms of speed and accuracy
- Creation & deployment of SOPs and trainings for sellers for ease of operations with Company
- Providing support to sellers on management of their information on the platform - this would include timely revision on the catalogue
- Liaising with the product team to suggest improvements that would drive operational efficiencies of the catalogue team members
- Driving A/B experiments to improve business metrics such as Average Order Value, etc. as well as drive internal efficiencies
- Owning the metric of Catalogue Quality i.e. ensuring a high standard in terms of information on Company catalogue
- Driving internal analytics to provide insights on SKUs to sellers, sales teams & product team
- Team Management - Ensuring a learning oriented organization; addressing training needs from time to time and managing a lean and efficient team
Preferred Candidate :
- Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in Vendor Management, Operations, Catalogue Operations, Business Development, Sales or Account Management
- A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic plan and execute the same
- Effective Analytical and Communication skills
- Should be a team player, and an effective administrator
- Creativity & Initiative - demonstrate creativity & originality in your work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help drive the business forward
- Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel
