Lead - Business Development - Staffing Services (1-10 yrs)
This opportunity is partnering with Recruitment Firm as a Freelance Role
- The biggest challenge for the role is to develop new business across specific verticals. Identify and secure additional business opportunities with existing and new client base.
- Possess strong experience in Market Mapping, Market Intelligence, Head Hunting, Database Building and Database Management.
- Managing clients / accounts. Develop and maintain relationships with existing & new clients to supplement our sales capabilities
- Perform high level sales activities for Staffing services to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives.
- New business generation, negotiating deals/terms and conditions and closing contracts.
- Team management and development (hiring, mentoring and training etc.).
- Build and manage excellent relationships with clients and prospective clients
- Support recruitment team ( again free lancer in helping them with provided end to end recruitment solutions
- Develop & Deliver corporate presentations
- Qualify and manage opportunities including writing proposals and responding to tenders
- Monitor and report on all activities and pipelines
