Lead - Business Development - Motor Insurance Vertical - IoT Startup (6-9 yrs)
We are currently retained by a leading IOT startup that is disrupting the GPS tracking market in India.
They are looking for an Insurance Vertical Lead who would be required to evangelize the offerings for the motor insurance industry. The role requires someone who has a very strong connect with top decision makers in the insurance industry. The role requires someone who can think out of the box, create strong pitches and do brand development for a new product.
The role would include:
- Responsible for brand development, customer acquisition and retention
- Network with the whos who in motor insurance sector to increase awareness about the brand
- Pitch products to the motor insurance sector
- Devise custom solutions to meet the insurance sector's needs
- Envision the marketing strategy and execute. Share key insights based on market trends
- Suggest improvements to existing products and ideas for new products to continually stay ahead of the competition
- Define pricing strategy.
To fit the bill, you must have the following :
- At least 6 years of experience in Motor insurance with strong connects at the top most level
- Ability to open doors of various insurance companies for the organization
- Strong networking skills
- Thinker
- Decision maker
- Ability to pitch a new product line
