Lead - Business Development - IT Service (0-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation : Proactively identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
2. Proposal Development : Create persuasive and customized proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our IT services to clients.
3. IT Service Sales/AR-VR solutions sales : Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, manage the sales process, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
4. Meet Targets : Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to ensure Rams Creative remains a market leader.
6. Sales Process Optimization : Streamline and optimize sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Sales Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
8. Budget Management : Manage the sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure the best return on investment.
9. Individual Contributor role.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of success in IT service sales, with a strong portfolio of achievements.
- Excellent knowledge of IT services, solutions, and technologies.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
