Lead - Business Development/International Sales - Education (3-5 yrs)
What will you do?
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to grow the international client base for remote hiring .
2. Research and identify potential clients and build a robust pipeline of international leads for remote hiring services.
3. Lead a team of BD and relationship management associates showcasing effective team management, including goal setting, performance evaluation, coaching, and mentorship.
4. Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor research to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
5. Ensure that we deliver stellar service to the existing clients and strategize and train the team to ensure that existing client relationships are fostered and grown
6. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
