We are looking for experienced and motivated Business Development Managers to acquire clients for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) & Permanent Staffing business.
To be an effective Business development manager, you must be/have:
- Industry Knowledge and Exposure
- Maps decision makers and influencers . Research prospects in-depth and create a personalized sales pitch and communication plan.
- Responsible for identifying prospects, new business development, generating 90% of revenue from new sales.
- Responsible to create and build strong sales enabling a best possible sales / revenue forecasting.
- Operating independently in assigned regions and verticals and reporting directly to top leadership.
- Proven track record of services sales in current & previous jobs.
