Role : Acquisition & Retention Lead
Experience: 2 to 6 years

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships directly with advertisers and ad agencies
- Setup campaign tracking & reporting to analyze campaign in a better way
- Explore and identify potential App Stores for app distribution
- Analyzing post-install campaign metrics regularly and use the learning for product innovations and improvements
- Planning, development & execution of multi-channel (email, SMS, push, in-app, etc.) customer journeys including transactional and promotional campaigns to increase lead conversion & retention
- Create customer segments and design communication strategy to target them
- Manage different stakeholders (Content, Design, Compliances) to ensure timely execution of campaigns
- Creative thinking to come up with new ideas, themes and targeting segments to add to the efficacy of customer journeys
- Monitor campaign performance on a regular basis to identify areas of improvement
- A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, content, creative style, timing to improve engagement
- Preparing reports and dashboards
Key Skills & Experience :
- Experience in planning and executing campaigns across digital channels, email, SMS, push notifications
- Taking initiative to understand consumer behavior, comfortable with customer segmentation and cross-platform automation strategy
- Candidate should have managed Third-party Agencies as part of his affiliate marketing
- Working experience with tools like WebEngage, CleverTap, etc.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel (vlookup, filters, pivot tables)
- Willing to explore the nitty-gritties of the product offerings and incorporate the knowledge to craft campaigns
- Want to learn and work hard to get initiated into digital & understanding business Experience from Real Money gaming segments preferable.
