Lead - Account Management/B2B Sales (2-5 yrs)

Position- Account Management / Business Development (Lead)
This Role is to manage the team that creates and manages the network of - Influencers-Social/Business/Fashion/Youth etc. on Digital/Online platform.
This would require leading, mentoring and managing the national team and helping them in identifying the right set of Influencers to bring onboard, leading the sign up and onboarding of these influencers .
The job would also involve working closely with the sellers to create relevant content for the platform.
The profile would be responsible for both the quality of the network developed and the content created through this network.
Skills :
1. Innovative and Problem solving to ensure that the team is bringing on right set of Influencers on board
2. Sales - A Go Getter who can sign up the best Influencers (Social/Business/Fashion/Youth etc.) and bring them Onboard
3. Relationship building - build meaningful and lasting relationship with the team and the Influencers
4. Teamwork and commitment - be part of and collaborate with the key team building the platform.

- Experience in Business Tie up with Celebrities/Influencers and can run the ecosystem of Buyer and Seller

Qualifications / Experience required
1. Graduate/PG from TOP TIER college in any field
2. Demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial attitude through extra-curricular activities
