LCIPL - Area Sales Manager (1-3 yrs)
- Achieve the budgeted sales revenue in the assigned territory.
- Growing and sustaining Key Accounts.
- Plan regular visits to Key Accounts and plan Strategies to explore new business prospects. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Monitoring competitor s activities in the assigned territory.
- Plan and execute tender related sales by deciding on products related to tender specifications.
- Identifying and recruiting right channel partner and distributors.
- Execution of orders through Channel partners and timely receivables to the Organization.
- Ensure accuracy in forecasting of inventory.
- Plan and execute marketing activities in coordination with marketing team.
- Represent Company in conferences, CME and trade exhibitions.
- Recruiting and training sales staff
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring your team s performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analysing sales figures
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Reporting to senior managers
- Keeping self, up to date with products and competitors
