Lcarro - Manager - Business Development (0-3 yrs)
1. Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.
2. Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
3. Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
4. Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration.
5. Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals.
6. Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics.
7. Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
8. Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
9. Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
10. Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
11. Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.
12. Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
13. Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate.
14. Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of directors.
