Job Description

We are seeking experienced and visionary Executive Creative Directors (ECD) to help lead our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading creative initiatives, a deep understanding of the Indian and global brand landscape, and the ability to drive innovation and excellence in all creative outputs with a future forward approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Leadership:

- Develop and execute the overall creative vision for Lazy Eight.

- Lead and inspire the creative team to produce outstanding work across all projects.

2. Strategic Collaboration:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective creative strategies.

- Work closely with the strategy, design, development, and growth teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand solutions.

3. Quality Assurance:

- Oversee all creative outputs to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and align with client objectives.

- Implement processes to maintain consistency and excellence across all deliverables.

4. Team Development:

- Mentor and develop creative team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Identify and recruit top creative talent to build a world-class team.

5. Client Engagement:

- Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, articulating the strategic rationale behind ideas.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted creative advisor.

6. Industry Engagement:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

- Represent Lazy Eight at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.

Qualifications

1. Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a creative leadership role, preferably as an Executive Creative Director at a large creative agency.

2. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related field.

3. Skills:

- Exceptional creative vision and strategic thinking abilities.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in the latest design tools and software.

4. Knowledge:

- Deep understanding of branding, advertising, digital media, and the creative process.

- Familiarity with the Indian brandscape and global market dynamics.

5. Personal Attributes:

- Innovative mindset with a passion for pushing creative boundaries.

- Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally.

- High level of professionalism and commitment to excellence.

- A future forward approach to what a creative agency will look like over the next decade.

Compensation

- Salary: INR 60,00,000 to INR 1,00,00,000 per annum

- Annual Bonus: Up to 100% of the annual package based on performance.
