Job Description :
We are seeking a results-driven Head of Sales / Business Development Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development within the creative or advertising industry, a strong network of industry contacts, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy Development :
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to penetrate them.
Team Leadership :
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback.
Client Acquisition :
- Identify and secure new clients by leveraging industry networks and pursuing leads.
- Develop tailored proposals and pitches that address client needs and showcase Lazy Eight's value proposition.
Relationship Management :
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with the creative, strategy, and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Provide market feedback to inform service offerings and strategic direction.
Performance Tracking :
- Monitor sales metrics and report on performance to senior management.
- Adjust strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 8+ years in sales or business development, preferably within a creative agency or related industry.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Skills :
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the Indian brandscape and market trends.
- Familiarity with branding, design, digital media, and technology services.

Compensation :
Salary : INR 36,00,000 to INR 48,00,000 per annum
Annual Bonus : Up to 100% of the annual package based on performance
