Designation : Inside Sales Executive
Years of Experience: Freshers are Eligible
Qualification : Bachelor's degree in a related Field (Bachelor's degree is CS/IT/ECE/EEE & BCA, BSC(CS/IT) and MBA (Marketing)
Salary :2.4 Lakhs to 3 Lakhs (As per the industry norms).
Shift Time : Monday to Saturday (9.30 Am to 6.30 Pm).
Location : Saidapet, Chennai.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Generate, qualify and manage inbound and outbound leads to create a solid sales pipeline.
- Identify potential customers through proper research, cold calling, online portals, email campaign and social media marketing.
- Proper conduct of product or service demonstrations, clearly explaining the features, benefits and pricing.
- Building long-term relationships with the clients and responding promptly to inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Use CRM Software to track leads, manage sales activities, and update client interaction in real time.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Gather insights from client interaction to provide valuable feedback to the marketing team to improve client satisfaction.
