LawSikho - Sales Trainer (3-5 yrs)
We are looking for passionate & inspiring Sales Trainers with a Law background who can build and coach a fleet of effective sales professionals for our team. You'll be responsible to conduct group training sessions and periodic assessments. Additionally, you will coach front line sales employees to constantly improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive-along with senior representatives.
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement for the Sales team.
- Determining training needs by communicating with sales team members; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports.
- Audit calls regularly and present reports of the performance to the Sales Team Head.
- Monitor sales objectives and results.
- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths/ weaknesses and share timely feedback.
Requirements :
- Graduate/post graduate in Law with a proven work experience of 2-5 years as a Sales Trainer or similar role in an EdTech industry.
- Should have an excellent communication, organizational, coaching skills along with superlative presentation abilities.
- Should have an analytical bent of mind & management skills.
- Experience in a sales position is a plus.
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning,
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
