LawSikho - Academic Counselor - B2C Sales - International Courses (3-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Making Inbound & Outbound calls.
- Provide program information to customers over the call clearly and effectively.
- Counseling of prospects and selling of different Law, Management, IT & Finance related courses.
- Generating leads & selling high ticket international courses to the prospect leads.
- Respond to customer services calls. In case of inbound calls, hand holding the students/professionals till the enrollment process is completed.
Requirements :
- Should have sold high ticket courses above (2 lacs).
- Should have the ability to respond to customer service calls. Potential resource required for Online-chat process.
- Must be very fluent in English and should have a pleasant attitude at work.
- Must have Good convincing power, excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Should be ready to work under pressure and open to work in shifts.
- Should be comfortable in talking to people and must be a good listener.
