Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls and emails during the designated day shift hours.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate how SkillArbitrage solutions can meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via virtual platforms.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall customer satisfaction and sales success.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Counselor or similar role, preferably in a Day shift setting.
- Minimum 1 year in EdTech counseling or similar roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
- Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Policy: Candidates must have access to their own reliable computer, laptop.
