The Role :

Launchpad India is looking for a Fresh to Mid Level SEO Specialist having up to 3 years experience. The ideal candidate is analytical and is a perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role. Your goal will be to ensure that all content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase various account's profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, and display advertising campaigns

- Develop and execute successful on-page and off-page SEO strategies

- Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy

- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams

- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes

- Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)

- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects

- Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns

- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends and standards

Skills & Qualifications Required :

- Up to 3 years of proven work experience as in SEO and digital marketing

- Deep understanding of search engine ranking factors in the digital space.

- Familiarity with relevant SEO and web reporting tools (e.g. Conductor, MOZ and Google Analytics, WebTrends)

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude

- BSc/BA in Marketing, Business or related field

- Ability to provide relevant work samples or links to published material

Preferred Skills & Qualifications :

- A proven track record of working with a remote team

- Have a mindset of a Marketer
