Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a strategic advisor for LaunchBox clients, working with them to identify their business goals and develop solutions that meet their needs through various communication channels
- Monitor and track client usage of LaunchBox services and products, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of LaunchBox services, products, and policies to serve clients better and serve as a primary point of contact for any questions or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide clients with customized solutions for customer's unique needs
Requirements :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Good to have familiarity with software such as Gainsight, Totango, Zendesk, Freshdesk or Help Scout
