- An Inside Sales person is a professional who converts pre-qualified leads and generates new business with New/Existing customers by using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails (International Market)
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve targets
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest (Consultative sales)
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
