Lathia - Executive/Manager - Sales (3-20 yrs)
Order Procurement and Client Relationship Management
- Secures and renews orders and arranges timely delivery to the clients through appropriate communication with internal teams
- Plans and modifies products to meet client needs
- Researches and identifies potential clients for products or services.
- Establishes new, and maintains existing, relationships with clients
- Manages and interprets customer requirements
- Persuades clients about the product that will best satisfy their needs
- Visits prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to show samples or catalogs, and to inform them about product pricing, availability, and advantages.
- Attends to client complaints, if any :
Bill Processing and Payments :
- Ensure that all customer invoices are processed, planned in a timely manner
- Work with the Accounts department to ensure payments come in before the credit period
- Ensure there are no delays in payment in the planned credit limit and credit period
- Tracks list of payments overdue drives its closure
- Follows up on quotations raised
- Ensure C form is duly filled and collected
Partnering with Sales Team :
- Partners with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- Collaborates with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support. Provides pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Collects and documents competitive intelligence
- Helps in researching and developing new products
- Handles sales services & complaints, enquiry generation
- Creates and delivers powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
- Performs lost order analysis and takes actions to ensure lost customers are brought back to business
