Lantern Media - Sales Role (1-2 yrs)
A business development role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that can help the agency grow and achieve its revenue targets. We are seeking a candidate who can assist us in acquiring new clients and establishing and maintaining relationships with our current clients. The primary focus of this role will be on business development activities aimed at growing our customer base and strengthening our existing partnerships.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients, competitors and industry trends.
- Building relationships with potential clients, influencers and industry partners.
- Pitching agency services and negotiating contracts with clients.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Collaborating with other teams within the agency, such as the creative and account management teams, to ensure successful client delivery.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, social media and digital marketing.
- Representing the agency at industry events and conferences.
