Lantern Digital Services - Manager - Client Relationship (4-5 yrs)
DIGILANTERN is looking for an enthusiastic and self-starter individual who is passionate to work at a fast-growing start-up and can handle chaotic situations at times. We are in the serious business of managing and maintaining the digital presence of healthcare practices globally. While the healthcare warriors are busy serving the entire nation during these tough times, we serve as their backbone to ensure that their clinic/hospital operations are managed smoothly.
We're looking for people who have demonstrated excellent customer retention skills with an ability to upsell based on the client's needs.
What will you do?
Client Interaction : Our clients love chatting with us, so as a part of the team, you will be required to plan meetings, communicate over phone and email to comfort them and conduct in-person and virtual meetings to keep things running smoothly and transparently.
Project Planning : As a Client Relationship Manager at DigiLantern, your job will be to develop and manage digital marketing strategies with our clients, and help them achieve their digital marketing goals. Some of their goals may include enhancing online presence and impressions, better lead generation or more streamlined marketing and sales processes.Your role will be extremely important for customers success, satisfaction and ultimately, loyalty.
Portfolio Expansion : Majority of your effort will be focussed at ensuring smooth billing and payments from the clients. You will be identifying MQLs and strengthening relationships for growth of their account. Plan and execute cross selling & upselling opportunities for future business growth.
Networking : Closely interact with other team members including the sales team and delivery team while serving as a strong support system between the client and delivery guys.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the onboarding of new accounts and maintain record of communication over emails.
- Interact with clients to understand their specifications. Investigate and determine clients' wants and needs.
- Coordinate with the Backend team to ensure successful delivery of the service.
- Educate customers on best practices and explain new guidelines and trends that might be helpful for their practice.
- Plan and implement digital strategies for clients.
- Supervise optimization of web content in order to improve SEO.
- Present and train on social media strategies to clients.
- Analyze effectiveness of digital campaigns.
- Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROI.
- Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client.
- Prepare and present reports on their progress.
- Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology.
- Understand and execute upselling opportunities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years of total experience in customer service or sales.
- 2-3 years of working experience as a Digital Account Manager.
- 1-2 years of experience with supervising SEO/SEM.
- 1-2 years of experience with supervising Google Adwords campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology.
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of the latest trends on social media platforms.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess excellent presentation and analytical skills along with the obvious proficiency on MS Office
- Team player with good time-management skills.
- Most importantly, Amazing interpersonal and communication skills.
