Language - Sales Role (2-4 yrs)
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Generate and qualify sales leads/opportunities to drive sustainable and profitable sales growth of the assigned territory
- Manage existing and potential customers to meet assigned revenue and profit targets.
- Provide Monthly/Quarterly Business forecasts to Management. Further, analyze orders and forecast customers and execute recovery plans if required.
- Report on regional sales results
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Responsible for sales growth largely in region
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Job Specification :
- Work experience in the field of Machinery and spare parts would be an added advantage
- Ability to multitask and take on diverse tasks requiring different skill sets.
- Organized, composed, and handles pressure well.
- Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
