Marketing Executive And Manager 

- Landlord Infra Group, is looking for experienced and dynamic enthusiastic, and self-driven Sales Managers and Executives for our organization.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Identify new customers within the customer environment.

- Be proactive in building productive and trustworthy relationships with customers.

- Meet prospective customers to understand their real estate needs and provide assistance, and information regarding ongoing projects of the company.

- Develop and Maintain relationships with existing Customers via Direct Meetings, Telephone calls, and E-mails.

- Should have an understanding of the Real Estate Market and the procedure of Real Estate transactions.

- Generate new opportunities.

- Approaching and Interacting with the clients and accompanying their on-site visits.

- Sales of Residential Villa Open Plots by presentation and demonstration of the features and benefits of available properties.

- Capable of reaching monthly sales targets.

- Any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Experience & Qualification :

12th pass or any bachelor's degree

- 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales (Open plots sales Experience Preferred).

Required Skills :

- Telugu language preferred

- Able to work well under pressure and in target-oriented situations

- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills

- Good attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary : 13000 - 20,000 per month (based on an interview done)

Supplemental pay types : Incentives

- Ability to commute/relocate to site locations if required.

Experience :

- Total work : 1- 2 years (Preferred)

- Two-wheeler and android mobile are mandatory.
