Job Title : AREA SALES MANAGER (E-VEHICLES)

Location : Gurugram

LANCOSA AUTO PVT LTD is a part of Ningxia Huaxia Battery co. Ltd which was founded in 1986 and now is a well-established company in China. AUTOHAUS PRIVATE LIMITED is a manufacturing unit of E-Rickshaws located in West Bengal, Kolkata founded in May 2016 incorporated with an intention to address the robust growth potential of E-Vehicle market in India. With the same vision, The company has now stepped into the market of North-India, for which we are looking for the profile of Area Sales Manager - (05) for Respective Regions: Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana, and Punjab & HP.

As the Area Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Sales Executives in your given region and report directly to the GM - Sales. You will be responsible for sales strategy and execution, driving profitable growth and business development.

Work Experience : Proven 3-5 years of working Experience as Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager in Two Wheeler Industry.

Education : Min Graduation.

- MBA in Sales & Marketing will be preferred.

Skills Required :

- Demonstrate experience with sales and business development metrics Knowledge of E-Vehicle market.

- Having contacts with Dealers and Distributors of the same industry in the given region.

- Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills.

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationship at all levels of the company.

- Team handling and ensuring best quality of team and vigorous training and guiding.

The successful applicant you will have a strong sales management background in the E-Vehicle/Automobile industry with a hunger to progress to the next level. Significant experience with a fast paced and high activity field team will be seen as highly advantageous along with demonstrated examples of developing and sustaining high performance teams and winning cultures. The ability to lead cross-functionally is vital, as well as the ability to travel regularly interstate as required.

Job Role and Responsibilities :

- Creating an enthusiastic and successful sales environment focusing on thinking out of the box and taking up challenges.

- Achieving Sales Targets along with the Team.

- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.

- Managing the success of the sales team across all the territories and markets given.

- Develop and maintain liaison/network with relevant government agencies.

- Actively involved in the Marketing/Branding and Promotion of the Product in line.

- Helping in recruitment of sales executive and other team members as per requirement in your given region.

- Creating new clients (Dealers and Distributors) for the business and Nurturing high- level relationships with Dealers and Distributors.

- Building and developing strong business relationships with new and existing channels.

- Developing and accessing marketing strategy to increase client acquisition and retention.

- Evaluating information related to sales, promotions, competition and, market research.

- Managing budgets and new implementations.

- Negotiating sales contracts and marketing strategies.

- Increasing sales and distribution of new and existing product portfolios.

- Creating weekly, monthly, quarterly, and Yearly Sales Plans and Strategies along with Team.

- Achieving the sales targets decided by the company.

- Preparing target plans for Team.
