Lambda Therapeutic Research - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Business Development (3-10 yrs)
Job Description:
- Business development : Serve as a key member of the BD executive team that sets strategic directions and achievement of Global Budget of the company.
- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the BD team, marketing, and customer support to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Sales Reporting : Track sales activities and results, providing regular reports to management on performance and pipeline status.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position products and services.
- Follow-Up : Conduct follow-ups on leads, quotes, and proposals, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating client information and sales progress.
- Conferences : Responsible for participating in various Business forums, International and National Business Conferences, Trade Shows etc.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: M. Pharm/B. Pharm + MBA
- Position based at Ahmedabad - Work from office.
- Proficiency in business and CRM software
- Expertise in preparing power point presentations
