Lal10 - Senior Manager - Sales (3-6 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Working towards keeping the team motivated by setting up monthly targets for team members and helping them to achieve them.
2. Coordinating with GM Sales for strategizing the growth of the company from your vertical's perspective
3. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs, with a focus on international lead generation
4. Vetting new platforms to generate new inquiries sustainably with a keen eye on platform ROI
5. Analyzing and working on existing platforms to improve the influx of relevant inquiries from these platforms, hence maximizing efficiency and ROI
6. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
7. Setting up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements better
8. Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products
9. Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences, if necessary
10. Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints or objections, if any, from the clients
11. Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing with internal teams for improvement and growth
12. Should be Familiar with MS Powerpoint, MS Excel
13. Good knowledge of products and clusters that Lal10 is working with
14. Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi. Having fluency in one additional regional language will be an added plus.
Location: Noida, NCR
Salary: INR 4,80,000 per annum
Preferred Experience: 3-6 years in handling Sales/ Lead Generation/ International Business Development in an Export House/ Apparel Production Company/ Weaving Unit/ Weaver Co-operative/ Handloom Brands/ Handicraft Brands/ Fashion Retail Chains
Preferred Qualifications: No bar on educational qualifications. Masters Degree in Fashion Management from NIFT or MBA in Sales and Marketing from premier management institutes will be a great plus.
