Lal10 - General Manager - Sales (4-9 yrs)
1. Responsible for the P&L and process creation of the Sales Team
2. Responsible for opening new avenues for Lal10 for selling the products
3. Planning for team growth and working on searching and recruitment of the team as per necessity in consultation with the upper management
4. Working towards keeping the team motivated by setting up monthly targets for team members and helping them to achieve them.
5. Coordinating with upper management for strategising the growth of the company from your vertical's perspective
6. Creating training modules for faster and easier on-boarding of new sales staff
7. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs, with a focus on international lead generation
8. Vetting new platforms to generate new inquiries in a sustainable manner with a keen eye on platform ROI
9. Analyzing and working on existing platforms to improve the influx of relevant inquiries from these platforms, hence maximizing efficiency and ROI
10. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
11. Setting up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements better
12. Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products
13. Creating and analyzing frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
14. Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences, if necessary
15. Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints or objections, if any, from the clients
16. Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing with internal teams for improvement and growth
17. Should be Familiar with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
18. Good knowledge of products and clusters that Lal10 is working with
19. Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi. Having fluency in one additional regional language will be an added plus.
