Job Description:
1. Responsible for the P&L and process creation of the Sales Team
2. Planning for team growth and working on searching and recruitment of the team as per necessity in consultation with the upper management
3. Working towards keeping the team motivated by setting up monthly targets for team members and helping them to achieve them.
4. Coordinating with upper management for strategizing the growth of the company from your vertical's perspective
5. Creating training modules for faster and easier on-boarding of new sales staff
6. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs, with a focus on international lead generation
7. Vetting new platforms to generate new inquiries sustainably with a keen eye on platform ROI
8. Analyzing and working on existing platforms to improve the influx of relevant inquiries from these platforms, hence maximizing efficiency and ROI
9. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
10. Setting up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements better
11. Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products
12. Creating and analyzing frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
13. Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences, if necessary
14. Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints or objections, if any, from the clients
15. Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing with internal teams for improvement and growth
16. Should be Familiar with MS Powerpoint, MS Excel
17. Good knowledge of products and clusters that Lal10 is working with
18.Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi. Having fluency in one additional regional language will be an added plus.
Location: Noida, NCR
Salary: INR 7,20,000 - INR 9,00,000 per annum + INR 4,00,000 worth ESOPs on the current company valuation
Preferred Experience: 4-8 years in handling Sales/ Lead Generation/ International Business Development in an Export House/ Apparel Production Company/ Weaving Unit/ Weaver Co-operative/ Handloom Brands/ Handicraft Brands/ Fashion Retail Chains/ B2B lead generation platforms like Alibaba Channel Partners/ Series A or Series B startups
Preferred Qualifications: No bar on educational qualifications. Masters Degree in Fashion Management from NIFT or MBA in Sales and Marketing from premier management institutes will be a great plus.
