Lal10 - Associate - Telesales (1-3 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Remain motivated and regularly achieve monthly targets set up by senior management.
2. Coordinating with Senior Manager and Assistant Manager for strategizing the growth of the company from your vertical's perspective and understanding the strategic intent of the Sales team as well as the company in general
3. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
4. Setting up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements better
5. Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products
6. Creating and analyzing frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
7. Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences, if necessary
8. Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints or objections, if any, from the clients
9. Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing with internal teams for improvement and growth
10. Should be familiar with MS Excel
11. Good knowledge of products and clusters Lal10 is working in
12. Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi. Having fluency in one additional regional language will be an added plus.
Location: Noida, NCR
Salary: INR 1,80,000 - INR 2,40,000 per annum
Preferred Experience: 1+ years in handling Sales/ Lead Generation/ International Business Development in an Export House/ Apparel Production Company/ BPO/ Weaving Unit/ Weaver Co-operative/ Handloom Brands/ Handicraft Brands/ Fashion Retail Chains
Preferred Qualifications: Basic Undergraduate Degree. BPO experience will be preferred.
