Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth
- Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
- Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
- Develop & implement sales & marketing strategies to drive growth from different avenues in the territory.
- Ability to work cohesively with different departments & stakeholders internally as well as externally.
- To identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B channel.
- Decision-Making Skills: Manage and maintain sales / clients database.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Ability to travel for Franchise Sales within assigned region.
- Should be able to handle Sales & Operation Team.
-Ability to create new opportunities through effective interaction and solution development.
- Franchise Development/Sales Experience or close equivalent is required.
- Should have Experience in Handing a large territory & team and be able to work in dynamic environment
