Lal Path Labs - Manager - Marketing (6-10 yrs)
SCOPE OF WORK
This role will be responsible to plan, budget & execute the consumer promotions to achieve the desired growth in the region and build/increase B2C business along with its contribution in overall Sales.
HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO:
1) Marketing Management & Media Planning:
o To formulate a clear and compelling brand identity.
o Develop and Collaborate with the sales team for effective implementation of marketing strategies
2) Budgeting:
o Marketing budget preparation & their effective utilisation
o Plan and regulate the expenses of the marketing activities across the Region.
3) Brand Communication & Promotions:
o To design the communication, media planning and communication channels
o To manage communication budgets maximizing effectiveness & reach for the budget
o Product launching and Brand establishment
o Organize outreach programs with prospective patient community for with a view to generate footfalls from them
4) Consumer & Market Intelligence:
o Ensure tracking of competitors activities, analyze the information and recommend suggestions
o Tracking the marketing performance and marketing analysis/research
5) Customer Feedback:
o Ensure Region wide tracking of Reports, feedback, complaints received through marketing activities and recommend suggestions
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING IN YOU
- Experience: 6 - 10 Yrs
- Qualification Background: MBA /PGDBM in Marketing/ Bachelor in Media Studies/Mass Communications
- Location: Lucknow
- Prior Experience/Background: Retail/Telecom/FMCG etc
