Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Executive to join GenX Windoors, an uPVC windows and doors manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales within the uPVC or real estate products industry. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. This role requires frequent travel to meet clients and conduct on-site marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote uPVC windows and doors.

- Conduct field sales, meeting clients, contractors, builders, and developers to drive business.

- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the market.

- Identify new business opportunities in the uPVC sector or related real estate products.

- Lead, manage, and guide a team of sales representatives to achieve targets and secure orders.

- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.

- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials to prospective clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery.

Requirements :

- Field Market Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the uPVC industry (preferred) or in marketing real estate products.

- Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven ability to manage a team and guide them in achieving sales goals.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Results-driven, able to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and conduct field sales.
