Your Role: Build, Foster, and Elevate Partnerships

As a Sales Associate, you will focus on onboarding premium brands and ensuring their success on the LaFetch platform while cultivating strong, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Brand Onboarding:

- Scout and onboard premium, like-minded brands aligned with LaFetch's vision.

- Drive seamless onboarding processes and represent LaFetch as the ultimate platform for homegrown labels.

- Relationship Management:

- Serve as a trusted partner to brands, fostering meaningful and long-lasting collaborations.

- Provide ongoing support and strategies to ensure partner success on our platform.

- Negotiation:

- Lead discussions to finalize collaboration terms that are mutually beneficial.

- Ensure all agreements reflect LaFetch's standards and brand expectations.

What You'll Bring:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.

- Experience: 1-2 years in sales, brand partnerships, or client management. E-commerce experience is a MUST.

- Core Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
