We are looking for an Online Sales and Digital Marketing professional who is expert in Social media campaign management, content marketing, influencer marketing, SEM / SEO.
Responsibilities & Specifications:
1. Devise social media and content marketing campaigns with the intent of acquiring customers and achieve revenue targets.
2. Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns. Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager (Complete User Funnel Targeting and Converting).
3. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast).
4. Must have a creative aspect what to show, when to show and whom to show to convert a prospected persona.
5. Strong understanding of bidding techniques (Auto Bid, CPC, CPS).
6. Monitor, listen and respond to users in a - Social- way while cultivating leads and sales.
7. 3-5 years of experience managing Facebook marketing Ads with a minimum budget of Rs 5 Lakhs working with E-Commerce Marketing.
8. Must understand landing page optimizations for a better conversion rate.
9. Manage and monitor growth by implementing campaign solutions; build campaigns, monitor and optimize for performance and work towards marketing objectives.
10. Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of integrated digital marketing campaigns within the timelines and budgets.
11. Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
12. Should have and previously demonstrated an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
13. Religiously track funnel conversion and identify key areas for improvement. Engage with the concerned team to drive engagements and deliver results.
14. Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
