Responsibilities:
1. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
2. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
3. Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing
4. Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
5. Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion
Skills and Qualifications:
1. 4 and more years of experience
2. Strong leadership and team building skills
3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
