Overview:
A growing, unique, premium preventive diagnostic center conceptualized, owned and managed by many consultant pathologist and microbiologist requires a customer service executive who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints, timely follow ups when required, manage data base of all transactions and interactions.
- Creating policies and procedures for tracking the pick-up of samples, keeping the track of all reports.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal
Qualifications and skills:
- Graduation is a must
- People with 0-3 years- work experience (healthcare preferred)
- Good listening and problem solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills (knowledge of conflict resolution technique preferred).
- Knowledge of CRM system, basic computer skills.
