Overview :
A growing unique, premium preventive diagnostic center conceptualized, owned and managed by many consultant pathologist and microbiologist requires a Business Development Executive who is highly motivated and has a skillful mindset of sales.
Responsibilities :
- Builds business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Manage and grow long term relationships with the clients: identify opportunities and take initiatives to grow the business of your accounts.
- Identifies new hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centers and secures new business opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating proposal development and delivery; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Willing to travel for sales if needed.
Qualifications and skills :
- Graduation or post-graduation is a must (MBA preferred).
- 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in clinical/ pathology services.
- Be socially adept and good with numbers.
- Be persuasive and goal-oriented; self-motivated and self-directed.
