Job Summary
We Labsol Enterprises a manufacturing company urgently required Sales Executive/Team Leader for Gurgaon office.
Designation: Business Development Executive
Experience: 2-3 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate/ B.Sc. / B. Tech / Biotechnology /Microbiology with Sales experience will be preferred.
Job Location: Gurgaon Sector - 49,
(Male or female with good convincing & Sales skills)
Job Responsibilities
- Convert enquiry into sales.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make sales.
- Sending appropriate quotes for the product to the clients.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales and negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with the clients and vendors.
- Follow up on all new leads and referrals & Maintaining CRM.
- Dealing with the technical & commercial queries of customers.
- Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Manage and update client database on a regular basis & also aggressively follow-up with clients after providing the quotation.
- Reviewing sales & Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients.
Required Skills :
- Self-Motivated & Strong Convincing power.
- Strong Sales and Prospecting Skills on the phone and in person
- Communicates and coordinates with staff for execution of work and timely delivery to clients
- Caters to Clients complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Very Good working knowledge of Computers & MS Office
- Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills
