Executive is required to attend to the customer calls and mails and provide them the required information.
Executive is required to take down the requests from all Vendors channelize the same to the team handling this activity.
Executive needs to understand the client's complaints and work upon resolving them.
Executive is required to escalate certain customer issues to their supervisors. Usually the issues which cannot be handled at his level are escalated further.
Executive needs to stay updated with the information about the company's services at all times.
Executive is required to deal patiently with the customers. Even if a customer is angry or irate the call center executive should speak politely with him.
Executive needs to coordinate with other departments for resolving customer's complaints and fulfilling their requests.
