Job Description:
- Looking for a Motivated, Self-driven, articulate, well groomed individual with exceptional communication skills required for an exciting opportunity in Laalsa as a Sales Manager.
- The candidate must be well informed about the latest marketing and sales trends. The individual should be able to gather market information/statistics from different sources through personal or professional contacts.
- He / She should be able to manage a team at the same time contribute at an individual level as well.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Accountable for Signup with the New Restaurants at individual and team level
- Revenue generation from Restaurant in Market
- Coordinating and handling sales executives to generate new leads
- Building and maintaining excellent relation with Hotel owner's and corporate clients.
- Making plan to promote our brand in market through digital marketing and offline marketing
- Over seeing post sale activities such as installation of software and training the restaurant owners regarding the usage of our app
- Providing effective services to all the restaurants on a timely basis
- Converting existing client accounts to premium accounts
- Retention and Renewal of existing clients for longer periods
- Team Handling and Guidance at a cluster or zonal level
- Exploring new markets and avenues for the product.
