Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for smart and dynamic individuals with exceptional communication skills in Account Management function. The individual will be handling multiple accounts (irrespective of revenue size) from growth and retention perspective. He/ She should be able to put together multiple data points and provide excellent insights to clients about their operational and sales performance. By means of having continuous engagement with the clients, individual should be able to effectively sell all products of Laalsa and also maximize the revenue.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Accountable for retention and growth of accounts post sales closure
- Should be able to act as Single Point Contact(SPOC) for Clients
- Responsible for up-selling and cross-selling of all Laalsa products
- Should be able to generate and share multiple analytical reports that help clients to grow their business.
- Building and maintaining excellent relation with clients and other stake holders.
- Should ensure on time delivery of committed services and products to the clients by interacting with all internal and external stakeholders
- Retention and Renewal of existing clients for longer time horizons
Compensation: As per Market Standards and experience.
