Laabdhi - Assistant Manager - Inside Sales (6-8 yrs)
We are looking for an Experienced Manager Asst.Manager- to connect manage, oversee and support our inside sales projects for India US, UK and Canada.
Duties/Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee Inside sales projects across all LOBs
- Connect to potential decision-makers for an elevated pitch towards our customer's offerings
- Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data.
- Generation of qualifying leads and ensuring sales closure.
- Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support our Inside Sales associates.
- Coach, train, evaluate and monitor new hire inside sales team members performance
- Set and track sales targets and KPIs. The Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire Inside Sales administration process.
- Evaluate and help create sales pitches and marketing content, digital marketing and social media marketing initiatives with help of a marketing agency.
- Demonstrate an understanding of customer's critical business issues and propose Laabdhi's solutions that help clients meet their business objectives.
- Will be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction all over.
- Study the efficiency of marketing channels and oversee sales-generating marketing budgets
- Responsible for both domestic and internal Inside Sales & business development initiatives
Skills :
- Proficient in MS Excel, Data Search
- Proficient in CRM applications like Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Preference to those with experience with Outsourcing, BPO, Financial Services (Finance and
Accounts BPO) domains.
